About the Author

Patricia Garfield, PhD is cofounder of the Association for the Study of Dreams. She holds a doctorate in clinical psychology and has written seven books on dreaming for adults, including the bestseller Creative Dreaming. Her first book for young adults was The Dream Book: A Young Person’s Guide to Understanding Dreams, published by Tundra in 2002. Patricia Garfield lives in the San Francisco Bay area.
